Hi Bob,

Yes, it is known issue happening when the newer version on COMCTL32.OCX gets installed. Try to get rid on one of them. Or get rid of them both, then copy and register the desired one with REGSVR32 COMCTL32.OCX. You might need to wipe out the corresponding entries in your registry to clean up this mess.
