I figured it out.....

the apps here that use FoxPro for Windows use Y2KFOX to start them.

The FoxPro for Windows Developement starts with it....so.. it found the correct records to print.

The EXE by itself did not because we were not starting it with Y2KFOX.

So I had to add Y2KFOX to the startup of the EXE.

NOW it works.....
