Chris,
Do you use a shared resource file? If yes, make sure the resource file is marked as read-only. Otherwise, the first user will open the resource file exclusively.

When a second user on a different workstation attempts the launch the app - it seems to take twice as long to respond and then a message appears "File Access Denied" - if this is ignored, the app launches and seems to run OK.
