You may want to run each individual LV_VIEW/RV_VIEW manually to see if your bottleneck is in the queries of these views.

Can you tell us a little more about your environment? What data store are you using? SQL/VFP/ORACLE/ETC...? How many bizobj's do you have on the form? Are you running NOVELL/NT/AS400/ETC.... Could you be accessing data from an AS/400 possibly with your queries running as a background process with low priority.
