It makes sense, from InstallShield's point of view, to not deliver full-blown functionality. If the the version that ships with VFP7 can satisify a majority of VFP developers, then MS is doing its job. Keep in mind that this is a special version of Install Shield Express specific to VFP and not the full blown Install Shield.
