While attempting to install Service Pack 5, I get an error in "OAINST" that I can either Cancel or Ignore. Ignore doesn't work, Cancel causes "This program has performed an illegal operation".

I reinstalled Visual Studio 6.0 but without success. I cannot install IE 5.0 because a message is displayed that previous installation was not completed.

Anyone have any ideas?
