What would be the most efficient (and hopefully easiest!) method to convert a VFP report into a format (like MS Word or PDF) that can be opened and read as an attachment in an e-mail note?

I have looked everywhere for a solution, and what I am seeing will require alot of man hours given the detailed, multi-paged reports that I have to convert - creating a Word template with every line and field, then a corresponding table with general fields. There has to be an easier solution! These are established reports in a large application, and each report is provided data from multiple sources.
