>Another one to add. Tigerland is a great war movie. Done in 16mm with hand-held cameras. Set is a military basis training camping during the Vietnam war. Cool to look at and facinating interaction between the characters. The movie, though release in 2000, didn't make into wide release and even many critics missed it. It was just released on video this week to much fanfare. Fans of "84 Charlie Mopic" will like this.

Pearl Harbor is a competent entertaining movie, despite being panned by the critics. It would have been a better movie if it had ended as a tragedy. Special effects were very good, worth seeing the movie for. Pearl Harbor is not in the league of Saving Private Ryan.
