It depends on which version of FoxPro you're using. I assume it's one of the Windows versions (FPW or VFP). If it's FPW, check the GOODIES\FOXTOOLS subdirectory for a program named DIALER.PRG. It shows how to use the Windows API to open a port. If it's VFP, use the MSCOMM ActiveX control.
