In the right-click method of the treeview, I called a modal form that also had a treeview on it. The treeview on the second form would not respond to right-clicking when called this way, but worked fine when called alone.

Their tech support person said that this is a problem with VFP. The solution was to add a command button behind the treeview that, when clicked, called up the modal form. Then, in the first treeview's right-click, I used KEYBOARD to "click" the hidden command button. So, basically, the form was called indirectly.
