You could easily have up to SP3 installed and not be able to tell from the About dialog. VFP didn't add SP information to it until SP4. Having said that, you obviously don't have SP4 or Sp5 so by all means, get the latest.
FWIW, if you issue a VERSION() to get the build number, you can tell what version you have.

SP1 and SP2 didn't add/change anything for VFP so installing them did no good.
