Do you use Rick's class for PDF? It might be difference in Adobe Writer installation, can you compare settings on "working" machine and "not working" machine?

Here at work we use Houston's program, which is not 100% reliable, but it works, so I didn't switch to Rick's class. I added sleep function into it, though, because in some cases I had error coming from PDF...
