Ha ! now we're there ! Fernando, you know what a Wiki means, and since I saw it (did never before a few months ago) IMO this is the most generic phenomenon on this subject. I didn't mention it before, because somehow I want to use it more for the consultants of our package. Remember, ERP takes quite a few years to learn it's specific functions, and in my previous reply I wasn't really honest; these guys are partners, and always to be helped as soon if possible. No matter if a collegue of him/her just before asked the same question. BTW I'm pretty sure that you come to this just because this solves that problem.
However, I'm not really sure what it will do, because a wiki-kindathing can start to lead it's own life, you -as master- may not be able to control things ! So, right now we are working on the setup of this wiki, and slowly will start trying it.
And yes, nothing would be better than users or consultants learning from eachother. But what if they give eachother the IYO wrong answers ? be careful here ! 'cause this may lead to extra personel correcting things ...

A very different reason for this would be the learning of new applications of the existing functionalities ourselves ! I mean, with a rather generic app (OO) much more is possible than you as the creator could think of. I'm pretty sure the app is here and there used differently from what we intended but legal. A part of this is invented by the users, but a much bigger part will be by the consultants being creative.

Thanks Fernando !
