Check your data path and I think that you may find another copy of the table that you are trying to open (but with a bad or missing *.fpt). Look first in your startup directory, then perhaps the windows directory, and then the directory containing foxpro. If that doesnt work, I would try a "file find" from the explorer window setting "My Computer" as the starting point.
