I have struggled with similar situation with another ActiveX before and not solved. If nonMS controls than problems sound to be bigger.
Put a webbrowser control on a form and then try to put a container on top of it. If you can succeed it continue trying to fix your situation and inform me too (really I mean). this is somewhat documented somewhere as I remeber but where (something like 3 graphical levels for VFP forms).
