You are probably asking to much from those Wizards :) In my experience they are great to get your initial model generated. But after that they don't do an excellent job on forward engineering and re-reverse engineer.

You may want to contact EPS-Software for future updates, I think they are the ones that initially develop them.

What are you trying to do with them? There are probably other ways around your problem.
