I have just acquired ChartFX 3.0 and I am having problems with syntax when I try and open a communication channel to the chart.
The line "thisform.chartfx.OpenDataEX COD_VALUES, 2,6" produces a syntax error. Interestingly, however, if attempt to pass values to the graph without opening the communication channel, the values are in fact passed successfully. It wouldn't have been a problem if I was able to send other parameters in the same way, but when I try and pass values for a constant line nothing is passed when I omit the line "thisform.chartfx.OpenDataEX COD_CONSTANTS,1,0" to open the channel.
Does anyone have experience of how to overcome this problem using Visual FoxPro 5.0 with ChartFX 3.0
