I haven't used those, but the iPaq is larger. But for the money the iPaq is a better deal. Compaq throws features at the device while Palm and Visor are just trying to make it smaller.

I could never carry any PDA truly in my pocket since they are too heavy. Even the Palm V series. I use a JetPac belt clip.
