Try to search here by this erro message. I got it in some strange situation: while running progress bar instantiated with this command:
loTherm=newobject('thermometer','wg.vcx','my_application.app',param1, param2) causes this problem. wg.vcx is loaded in memory in the main program by set classlib to wg.vcx

The strange thing is, when I substitute the third parameter with empty string, the problem went away.

But this was one cause of this strange and sporadic problem. You may have completely different situation...
