Steve - No I couldn't see it in page layout view. I could type additional information in the normal view or print layout view and it would display along with the report data. I finally cleared everything out of that frx2word directory and started over. Ran the program again and the doc file came out fine and the program seems to work now.

Interesting enough I was able to produce the "where did my data go" doc several times yesterday. The first time I ran the program it hung so maybe there was there was a problem in my download.

Anyway it appears to be working fine today. John may just earn his beer if my good fortunes continues.
