Fred, David et al have given you the gist of what you're going to run in to. My biggest issue was having to revert my thinking back to the place where there were fewer commands. One that comes to mind is ALLTRIM(). Doesn't exist in FPU. So, you have to use LTRIM(RTRIM()) which will work.

Still, you should be able to deal with those issues fairly easily.

Question: When you say 'convert' do you mean to VFP? If so you (and your client) will find that you will end up with screens that look very clunky running under Windows. They'll work, but I'd be willing to bet that you'll do at least a rewrite of the forms at some point. <g>
