I bought one and it's attached to this Athlon as I type. I love the printer. It is very fast and gives an excellent quality. I don't know what they are using for ink but I spilled some water on a printout and it did not bleed!
They make a Linux driver too, and it works GREAT!

I've used a Cannon BJC 4000 and a Cannon BJC 620. The lexmark z52 is better and faster than either of them.
