Thanks Peter but no:(
I have a form with a grid where I select which records to be changed by means of selecting a logical check box. (SPLIT=.T.)This affects the table directly.

After running that code I open the table, the record pointer is at the last record and all the .T.'s are in place, but if I marked 4 records to replace there is only 3 changed, if I marked 8, there's only 7. ???
And no matter what I do or how many records I want to change, there is always one less which is always the last.
