I've begun working on an inherited application and I've notice that I cannot change the Snap to Grid or Horizontal/Veritical spacing. Well, let me rephrase that -- I can change them under the Options/Forms, but they have no affect. If I set the Gridlines to be visible then the forms look like the gridlines are set to like 5 pixels. No matter what I change in the options it looks the same. The objects are not restricted and behave like there is no Snap to Grid active. What gives? Thanks!
