Sorry Cindy, eyes unfocussed when I wrote that...

Pertinent section should read:

LOCAL lcFileName
lcFileName = THIS.FireProcedure()

COPY FILE &lcFileName. TO &lcResultsFile.

lcFilename is a full UNC path to the file created by the PRG called in FireProcedure.

I know the macro substitution doesn't require the periods at the end of each variable but as I often use macro substitution with table aliases it has become a habit of mine.

Unfortunately for me, my eyes were unfocussed when I wrote the actual code section at fault, as you point out lcFileOut should have been lcFileName (long day that day).

Thanks for your help (tail between legs having learnt the lesson of having someone else check your code when something seems amiss)
