Yes indeed. And there is a lot of it, several tables with over a million records each and 50-100 users at a time, with a lot of them gaining access thru Terminal Server.

The Clients hardware vendor brought in one of the most obnoxious and pompous "database consultants" I have come across. He is the one who immediately made the pronouncement that "VFP simply was not up to the task, was mismanaging memory where pages of data were stored, a known problem, well documented for a long time and MS will not fix it because VFP is on the way out".

I counted to 10 - 10 times then let him have a blast of his own hot air.

Anyway, thanks for the tip, I gave it to my client earlier today.
