I like this idea of using different names for applications. I have to discuss it with other programmers though.

DataDict uses some classes and utilities from CommonWG directory, which are common for all other applications. These classes and programs are not excluded, may be that's why I have this problem. The strange thing is, I tried to re-compile other projects, and I was able to re-compile them. Also I can re-compile DataDict, if user only runs JobControl, but has not yet launched DataDict.

We'll try to chase down this problem tomorrow with my colleague. Today I spent half of day trying to resolve it, but none of my ideas worked :(
