Been there...< g > Recently, we've been converting over to Win2K Pro. That means that there's plenty of opportunity for these sorts of things to happen. I've written lists up to help users prepare for the change, written script files to make it easier on the tech people. In fact, I just got a call a few minutes ago on the subject. This means within the next day or so it's back to straightening things out.:-(
