the global.asa is in the root. What seems to happen is that the asp page is still looking at the previous version of the global.asa so I get ODBC errors that tables cannot be found etc though these tables are available after restarting the PC. I assume that its some sort of caching problem.
I've tried starting and stopping the PWS and that seems to make no difference.(this is running PWS under WIN95). Running on NT using IIS doesn't seem to have the same problem , the changed global.asa gets picked up no problem .
Its not a show stopper for me but I feel I don't really understand what happening and that doesn't make me happy.
