Why be in the Org alias at all?

This would do the job...

select auth
REPLACE end WITH DATE() FOR ;
     organization = org.organization AND ;
     (end > DATE() OR EMPTY(end))

Its very clear what alias is being acted upon and what alias is the source of the organization. Might even be a bit faster. Who knows what exactly happens with all the alias referencing?
