Hi David,

This may sound clunky, but I've been doing it for years.

Run the form (or application), press Print Screen (which will trap the screen image on the clipboard), then use a graphic program (such as Paint Shop Pro, etc) and paste the image into the graphic program. Once there, you can crop it, add captions, etc, then save it as a bmp and paste the completed image into your Word document.

I know it sounds like alot of hassle, but once you start doing it, it really doesn't take long at all. I suppose I should invest in screen capture software, but old habits are hard to break!
