Hi Franco,
You can create remote views on the FPD tables. The views will be within a database, but the tables themselves won't be upgraded.
Cheers,
Andrew

We would like to work out the system in a database environment not Free Tables as it is in Dos. The only problem is that to include a table in a database container we need to convert the table to be database compatible. Now the problem is that we have several small systems worked out in dos that need to interface with these two new VFP 6 systems but the tables are going to be converted and the Foxpro for Dos does not recognise the tables. Is there any way to solve this problem ??

If we were to introduce Visual FoxBase+, would we be able to work from the dotNet Prompt?
