Hi!

Toolbar resizes self to the minimum size required to fit all controls inside it. So you cannot make it larger. That is probably what was confused you.
When you try to make the width smaller, the toolbar will rearrange controls inside it to 2 lines, 3 lines or whatever is required. When you change its height - width is fixed accordingly.
