Well, this particular cheese was just the re-melted rejects from the regular cheese production (pretty much what they put in so-called "sandwich slices" even here), but since we got this cheese as a snack from the customer, and the customer was the city dairy... well, they had all the good sorts of cheese and liquid yogurt. Actually, as I write this, I'm salivating with nostalgia...
