Hi Ed,
This is off topic but when searching I noticed in your reply you mentioned that you have clients running Y2KFOX under Windows 2000. We just tried to load it and are getting a strange problem that I have no idea about - Perhaps you can help...
Our DOS program and Y2KFOX are located on a Windows2000 Server in the same directory. We were accessing it via a Win98 W/S and it was running fine. We just changed the workstation (new computer and Windows 2000 Pro). We created the icon exactly the same, using the same string. On the new machine it starts the Y2K and says Rollover = 20 and starts to display the license information. It gets to the word 'reproduced' and does not display anything more and just goes into the application which loads but when you try to change the date on the login screen, it is apparant that Y2K hasn't loaded, since it complains about 1901 being an illegal/invalid date. On the old machine it printed 'published or disclosed... plus the Serial number stuff, then launched the application and Y2K was properly loaded. The new machine is a PIII 800. I can't figure out how part of the library can load or start to load but not finish. Any ideas???
Thanks for your help,
Sandi Cassidy
