There is no definitive wish list. I know there's one over on the Wiki, and I think there's one in the documents section here, but the best way to let the Fox team know what you want is to send email to foxwish@microsoft.com. They read those and tabulate them and do use the results in setting priorities.

Of course, that doesn't mean that we necessarily get the items with the highest numbers of votes or that those with the fewest don't happen - difficulty and budget do come into play. But the requests from developers are part of the process of determining what goes into a new version.

FWIW, a huge number of the changes in VFP 7 are things that the developer community has been requesting.
