Hi All,

Has anyone encounterd this behavior?

First thing this morning I began testing a form. The BizRules fired but with a syntax error in one of the validation methods. I corrected the error, saved, and re-ran. The BizRules did not fire -- the test was designed to produce an BizRule violation. After checking the code and finding nothing wrong with the logic, I placed STRTOFILE() in the methods and re-tested. Looking at STRTOFILE() output, the BizRules did not fire at all. It seems as though the syntax error somehow changed the behavior or corrupted the class.

I closed all, released all, cleared all, then retested with the same results. I also rebooted and retested with the same results. Really strange that the BizRules would fire the first time then ignore their existence thereafter.

My initial thought is to recreate the BizRules Object from the base class but any other ideas are appreciated.

Thanks,

Bob
