You can use the ActiveX control (MS Art or something like that, used to insert fancy text into the MS Word), however this will allow you only to rotate a text or graphics.
As about the rotating the entore container - I doubt you will be able to do it because container object in VFP is internal object and it draws self using the form's window handle (HWND). Well, maybe you can find a DLL or API function call that will allow you to rotate the content of the form, but not a container. If you will found that, you will have an answer - you can easy include one form into another in VFP that will give you the desired result. However, find the API for rotating first...
