John
I'm proposing a hypothesis. The hypothesis is that the MS leopard will not change its spots. If I'm wrong, I'll be the first to say so and thank MS just as openly as I've proposed my hypothesis. There is no shame in being wrong; one of those wise men once said "if you never make a mistake, you don't make anything that matters". So I hope my hypothesis is wrong. We'll know soon.

"... They ne'er cared for us
yet: suffer us to famish, and their store-houses
crammed with grain; make edicts for usury, to
support usurers; repeal daily any wholesome act
established against the rich, and provide more
piercing statutes daily, to chain up and restrain
the poor. If the wars eat us not up, they will; and
there's all the love they bear us."
-- Shakespeare: Coriolanus, Act 1, scene 1
