how would you add a menu pad specific for a form like the form menu that displays in VFP when you open the form designer?

I've made a menu into menu designer called part with 1 pad, 3 bars, etc.
if i issue a do menu then i wipes out the existing one, if I issue a push menu tehn i get an error Menu not defined with define menu.
