I'm not sure what you are asking? There is no Upgrade for either yet. They have not be released. You can not build exe with 7, yet and I would not run .net on a production server. Lots and Lots and Lots of stuff is going to change between then and now. I have not had a problem running VFP7 along side VFP 6 sp5 nor have I had a problem with VS 6 and 7 running on the same box.
