I'm going to try again. To paraphrase a certain somebody,

You bet that MS will put ads in print. No bet. We all agree they will.
But is that an adequate marketing campaign? The whole thrust of my argument to which you have responded in detail several times, is that ads in FPA, consumer rags and geek mags is not sufficient at this time. If MS is serious about marketing VFP, they need to target business decisionmakers. No matter who you are, an increase in awareness in middle management and above will have a positive flow on effect.
Do you disagree? If so, on what grounds?

"... They ne'er cared for us
yet: suffer us to famish, and their store-houses
crammed with grain; make edicts for usury, to
support usurers; repeal daily any wholesome act
established against the rich, and provide more
piercing statutes daily, to chain up and restrain
the poor. If the wars eat us not up, they will; and
there's all the love they bear us."
