Hi!

Try to use the SET DELETED OFF before the query. Than see if it is optimized. When SET DELETED ON, Rushmoure requires the 'deleted()' index tag fro optimization in SET DELETED ON mode. This is not required to add, if you have less than 55% of deleted records in the table (usually it is no more than 1% when you have admin programs to pack tables in database often).
