I'm running Norton AV, but I tried that and it didn't have any effect. I was runnig SP3 with no problems, now it takes 1.5 minutes once you dblclick on a project for it to open instead of a couple of seconds. I get no error reports, and everything seems to work once it's loaded. Guess I know how I'll spend my weekend.
