I am new to this, so please bear with me.

I've installed IIS. It seems to be running fine. My default page comes up from my browser.

My problem is that I get a server error if I try to view an ASP page. The page only contains the line:

(I had to remove the ASP delimeters because the U.T does not allow them)
The current time is: = now


My event log says this:
The server {3D14228D-FBE1-11D0-995D-00C04FD919C1} did not register with DCOM within the required timeout.

Is there some concept I am missing here or is IIS not functioning properly?
