They are all good ways of releasing all forms if the FAQs. The one I adopted (works better with my apps) was picked from there and is:

 Local nForms, I

 nForms = _Screen.FormCount

 For I = nForms to 1 Step -1
    _Screen.Forms (I).Release
 EndFor
