Seems like a lot of work... I keep the PJM checked out to everyone all the time, so just Update Project List is required. On the other's developper's side, all that is required is to Update Project List too, so they get new files and are given the option to Get Latest Version of everything.
We sometimes get a conflict, but they are easily resolved. I admit, though, that the most I've worked with were a total of 3 developpers.
