Previous to VFP 5.0, there were many VFP books at many bood stores.

I think it is a matter of need vs cost as far as shipping a book to or from another country. I do not know the shipping cost to Malaysia, where John is located, but I wanted to have a music book sent from Spain. The book was $20, and shipping was $64. Shipping costs from within the United States for books, etc. are not that much but can be very expensive from or to other countries.
