SIMPLE FIX!!!

I TURNED OFF OLEMISC_SIMPLEFRAME!!!

That was the culprit!! SWEET SUCCESS!! What a Rush!

Now it always returns the FORM and not the control. OLEMISC_SIMPLEFRAME was needed for composite controls for VB4 to make them paint correctly if the container wasn't smart in the early days of ActiveX!
