Attach some javascript to the onblur type events. I doubt you could link it to what they are viewing though.

Just checked w3schools.com and they have the valid methods as onclick, ondblclick, onmousedown, onmouseup, onmouseover, onmousemove, onmouseout, onkeypress, onkeydown, onkeyup.

I did a simple test on onmousedown and it worked well.
